By filling in and sending the application form, I "the applicant" hereby declare that I have read and became fully aware of the CiK charter ,and shall fully respect and abide by CiK rules and regulations as stated therein. I, also, understand that applying for membership does not mean precedent grant of CiK Board approval on my application. At the same time, I acknowledge that the approval shall be granted "only" upon reviewing my application by the Board.
