Please, read carefully before booking!
Canadians in Kuwait Booking Rules
Due to an ever increasing workload on the small number of volunteers who run the CiK we introduced a new booking system in December 2006..
Making it work relies on the goodwill of the CiK Member/Associate Member to only book tickets he or she intends to collect as we are no longer asking for tickets to be collected in advance of a dinner/event.( For some events, tickets will still be required to be collected in advance and CIK will notify members of this fact well in advance.)
To this end it is important that you understand the following conditions.
· Unless otherwise advised in CiK news letter or published on CiK website, tickets booked and not cancelled at least 4 Days in advance of a dinner/event will be charged for.
· Failure to collect tickets booked for a dinner/event etc.. will result in tickets for all future bookings having to be collected IN ADVANCE of the dinner/event.
· Tickets booked as a group must be collected and paid for in one go. For example: if you book 15 tickets for a dinner/event etc.. you will not be able to collect and pay for a smaller number on the night. If you are booking for a group of friends please arrive together or have them book their own seats. This is for your protection as a CiK member. If your guests fail to show up you will be liable for payment of their ticket.
· Unless otherwise advised in CiK news letter or published on CiK website, you may book your seat(s) by sending an email to events Coordinator.
· We reserve the right to refuse admission.
